Terri Barrus

Terri Barrus began her real estate career in Idaho, more than 14 years ago. Since that time, Terri encountered a variety of real estate transactional situations including all types of residential and commercial real estate, residential-income, bare ground, farm and ranch sales, and property management. These experiences have enabled Terri to experience diversity of transactions and clientele that come with the business of buying and selling residential properties. She loves it!!

Rebecca Brown

Rebecca Brown has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2006, and has held real estate licenses in multiple states across the country. She relocated to Alaska with her better half, a rescue helicopter pilot in the Alaska Air National Guard, in 2014, and has enjoyed the new opportunities the Alaska real estate industry has provided.
 
Rebecca decided to become a REALTOR after a bad real estate transaction experience when she bought her first house at the age of 18. She is passionate about helping families build wealth through real estate, educating buyers and sellers, and her dedication to helping clients have an enjoyable real estate experience, even after the transaction is over, is what motivated her to continue her real estate career in Alaska.
 
Rebecca is a Homes for Heroes Affiliate, and is passionate about giving back to her community and the organizations she supports. Her goal in 2017 is to donate up to 25% of every real estate transaction to organizations helping veterans, Alaskans, and the aviation community.
 
When she isn’t helping clients buy their dream home, or maximize their profits when selling a home, Rebecca enjoys experiencing Alaska by airplane with her family, competitive shooting, and watching football.

I have been with Northern Trust Real Estate since I began my Real Estate career in Alaska in 2007. From the moment I said, “I do” to a military member, I began a life of service to this day as a retired military wife. I have helped and assisted several military heroes find their perfect homes.

After we moved from the lower 48 to Alaska, I have worked with Providence Healthcare and the State of Alaska as a Registered Nurse. I have served as a Registered Nurse since 1993 prior to joining Northern Trust Real Estate. I ventured out buying properties since 1998 not only for myself, but for friends and family in pursuit of acquiring their dream homes. I am the founder of Arctic Haven Assisted Living Homes, Inc., home of our Alaskan community “Elders" since 2003. I have helped and assisted several medical heroes find their perfect homes as well.

My personal commitment: Exceed Expectations. Real Estate is more than buying or selling homes. Real Estate is about being equipped with knowledge and expertise to help people’s hopes and dreams become a reality.
